I'm in again..
10,000mi ridden this year and I'm ending roughly where I started - in better shape, but still carrying more than I need to.. Losing weight isn't the priority, getting stronger and more resilient is - but I could still stand to do the things I need to do to eat better (more protein, less fat, eating enough during the day that I don't need cereal course at 11p, etc.) and that will naturally result in firming up and shedding some phat pounds. |
