I got a laugh out of this quote:

"Ben Serotta also lived the lifestyle of an international elite cycle maker."

Such respect.
I had much more vitriol to spew, but I'll leave it there.

There was a lawsuit over unpaid wages.........On 01/03/2013 the case was settled and the workers received an undisclosed amount of money in a confidential agreement.

Right, it does not tell me anything.

Separate from the lawsuit, these employees were taking a financial risk in general by working at a small company that had a history of financial problems.

I'm guessing you laughed because of how stupid it was. I would bet Fausto Pinarello, John Burke and Mike Sinyard all live quite a different lifestyle than Ben Serotta. He bought a nice house when things were good and sold it when things got tough. That quote is nothing more than lame class baiting.

It's worse than that.

That's a glitch on screen (all three companies are listed right now at Divinecycles.com) at this point and kinda incidental.

Jeff
These were longtime, loyal, hardworking employees that went above and beyond to help keep the company alive. Unfortunately the employees best interest were not always kept in mind.
