Vintage Keiser Power Pacer cable

I have one of those old Keiser Power Pacer spin bikes in my back room. The cable has started to fray at the shifter. I'm a disaster when it comes to working on my bikes. Anyone know what kind of cable it requires? Or just a generic Shimano job? Thanks!

Sort of a useless bike with the direct drive trainers now.

Thanks, appreciate your opinion on that. It's kept me healthy for years during the winter months...hardly useless.
