NBD / Serotta Ti Coors Team - Looking for build suggestions

Just picked this up this Serotta Ti Coors Lite team bike. Supposedly owned and raced back in ‘92 by Scott Moninger. Such a gem, really in love with the flush mount Ti seat binder bolt.

Need to sort out a few bits, stem, and wheels. Thinking I’ll build it up with this Chorus 11, and potentially some Mavic cosmics if I find something that will fit the bill. The other collector in my group has one built period correct with the tri spokes, so we want to have some fun with this one.

Let me know if you have any ideas or parts.
Cheers!

Gotta be GEL280’s. OG Heliums would nice too. Also need the paper thin Syncros stem.

Minor correction, I'd need to go look at some old magazines for sure, but the Campagnolo sticker indicates a 1993 Coors Light bike. That's when they switched to Campy. IIRC, Synchros was the stem/bar/post sponsor. Mavic 330s/280s would have been correct on the 92 bike, I don't remember their wheel sponsor in 93. they rode trispoke's in TTs.
