Pro PLT ergo carbon handlebars

Are these still being made?
I bought mine from an EBay seller in Taiwan.
I see them on some European sites but they cannot ship to US.
I have never seen them on a US sellers site.
I absolutely love these bars.
pRO website only has a phone number in Netherlands, no email.
Thanks for any help.

Isn't PRO a division of Shimano? I'd think they'd be available through Shimano retailers- but I'm no pro at this

I don't think PRO allows shipment from other countries into the US.

I had purchased a Pro PLT Ergo Carbon from an European seller about 3 years ago and loved it.

When I tried to obtain it again, the PRO/Shimano blockage prevented shipment, so I had to order it from my bikeshop here in US. It took about 9 months after ordering, but I got it in 42cm width about 3 months ago.

Looks like RA Cycles has them in 40 but not 38 if you're willing to compromise on size.

I also love these bars and have them numerous bikes at the moment. As another poster mentioned, PRO is owned and distributed by Shimano, and Shimano NA does have 38cm bars in stock.

So choose your favorite bike shop and they can order them for you today.

Timely topic here.
I just put one on my bike yesterday, and it seems like it made my reach way longer when I am riding in the hoods (most of the time), to the point where it has given me back pain.
Have any of you needed to put on a shorter stem or any other fit modifications when you put these on your bike?.

Not at all, the reach on these is quite short, 68 mm for the 38cm bars and 73mm for 40cm and wider.
I actually increased my stem length from 9cm to 10cm as the previous bars where 80mm reach which I did not like. Are we talking the same bars?

Wow, I understand Shimano/Pro want to protect their Dealers, but I doubt dealers want to order something for a customer that takes 9 months for them to get.

The problem is that I didn't measure it before I swapped out the bars.
