Bike tire wall protector

I hang my bikes from hooks. Both wheels rest against wall. Was searching for something to keep the dirty tire marks off the (repainted) wall.

Found this https://www.geckoteq.com/gb/bicycle-...tor-black.html but they’re Dutch. I like the concave resting area for the tire. Anything like this available in the US?
The ones I’ve found are just flat strips of plastic with no locating feature.

Any other ideas?
I’ve thought of slapping up pieces of clear laminating sheet, like used for ID cards, etc., but the wall is rough concrete so bond may not be good.
