Carrera ER01 endurance opinions

I was at one of my LBS and saw this bike. Built up with 12 rival and some decent wheels and conti 28.
Raining here so no test ride but any opinions on the bike?
Really more interested in the rival GS. Seeking opinions on that.
I can buy just the frame or complete or anything in between.
