Pictures of actual frame and current condition would certainly help determine value. Late 70's without cutouts could mean it's a post-name-sale frame. But remember that Sr. Pelizzoli continued to make Ciocc frames for the new owners for a while after the sale, so it could still be a Pelizzoli built frame.

At the end of the day, you just bought it and had it shipped to you from Italy, so to you it's worth what you paid for it, yes?
