In my experience you either love or hate UVEX helmets so I would definitely recommend trying one on before you pull the trigger.
A couple of years ago our team had a deal with UVEX. I think we had the FP2's. It was made well and had endless adjustments but it just was not very comfortable, quite heavy and not well ventilated. Most of us sold our helmets before the end of the season and switched to S-Works helmet.
Made in Germany doesn't necessarily mean it is better.
