Thats a road wheel but is not that hard to convert that to track if you find the right piece. THe piece that im talking about is like a long sleeve that bolts in the road thread and at the other side comes with the threads and countethreads like a track hub.

I saw guys using them like there where w/o anything in the track, stick the cog and good to go.

If you are a little bit off in the chainline just put a spacer and that will do the trick, if you are anal about chainlines being perfectly alligned then you are not going to use that wheel in the track. Can you run chanilines that are little off in the track heck yes, if you are anal heck no! ;P
