My camera has a 1500 mah battery which gives me about 2.5 hours of recording time.
I picked up a 2600 mah lipstick battery for $7 and used a Twofish pump block to clamp it under my stem.
Instead of the velcro strap the Twofish comes with, I use two zip ties to secure the battery and a Serfas rubber strap and Cateye hook as a quick release.
I got a 6" Mini USB cable from my local outdoor gear shop for free to connect to the camera.
Haven't timed it but it's given me more than 4 hours of power with both camera battery and lipstick powerbank charged up.
I was about to mold something from Sugru but already had the Twofish.
