Well, some cars on the used car lots are cream puffs, and some are not.
On the other hand, this particular bike has a CPO tag, right...and in the car biz, only the cream puffs get CPO designation. That usually involves a thorough inspection and fixing *anything* substantial. Most CPO programs would decline a car with duct tape on the fender (or more likely bondo).
TPC is just degrading their own brand by selling this bike, and by tagging it as CPO.
