I had a SL23 V1 with Record wheelset. After a year the rear rim cracked in two places at DS holes. The builder (RT) replaced the rear rim with an R90 SL and it's been a great wheel. It is wider at 24mm than the V1, but it matches up well as a rear wheel. It is almost too wide, especially with a 25mm Pro4, there is about 2mm between the tire and chainstay. I'm putting some 25mm Vittorias on them, should narrow that up a little.
