cool, but i don't see how it would help with chatter/shudder.
could definitely help with cable/housing routing if you 'slam that stem' or have a short headtube.
i thought the cure for that (barring a swap to stiffer fork/steerer) has generally been to have the lower housing stop as close to the yoke as possible - that's why companies started making fork crown-mount stops...

Ruckus Components modifies carbon forks to integrate a stop - i've seen this firsthand on a couple forks locally, very cool.
