Those scams have been on eBay for awhile now.
It really bothers me that eBay uses Fort Knox x 1000 security measures to prevent buyers and sellers from communicating "too much" (i.e. offline transactions, in which eBay/PP make $0), but then allow this kind of crap to constantly perpetuate.
I used to flag those listing; I no longer do so, because there can easily be 15 or so of them for a single category at any one time.
eBay is BS now.
