A client of mine had all of her teeth replaced with implants but had them done in India for about a third of what it would have cost in Australia, even allowing for flights, accomodation etc. My understanding is that many Indian dentists are trained in the UK/Europe so their skills are comparable to western standards, but you would need to do your own research. But she said she wouldn't do it again......because of the pain, not the quality of the work.
