165 Campy is pretty tricky to find. I got a group with a 165 crank from Velomine. I just checked and he is listing all models of Campy 165 cranks as out of stock when bought separately, but you may have luck buying a groupset - for the Chorus rim brake group, 165mm is listed as an option.
Campy is just smaller scale, and I have a feeling that the majority of Campy riders may not be inclined to hop on the shorter cranks bandwagon.
