I have taken mine around most of Lake Superior until I blew up the front wheel last summer.
235 mile trip as well. Gravel roads from Ely to St. Paul serving its pack mule status.
The bike is way overbuilt, but has some nifty details if you get your close up lens out.
I bought mine from a cool forum member for the price of a Surly LHT.
BTW It's a real keeper.
