Since you asked this specific question, I think the "Campag" equivalent of that bike would be C Record or Record 10 Titanium crank and Athena 11 everywhere else -- nice and simple. Switch out the modern skeleton brakes for Deltas if you value style over performance.
Wheels can be high-polish H Plus Son TB14s laced to silver Record hubs. The hard-anondized version of the TB14s would be an acceptable alternative but I'd steer clear of the black -- the coating on the brake track fails quickly and then the wheels look like doodoo.
