I doubt that GooGone would be effective here. Acetone/nail polish remover is the way to go.

That being said, referring to the photo of the older Easton model above: I was able to easily remove the logos from the sides of the stem, but was unable to remove the logo from the faceplate. Not sure why(?). In any event I took the easy way out and used a Sharpie on the front.
