Having driven Dad's S-Class I can tell you from personal experience that you're still maintaining a very expensive Euro car even when they've depreciated.
Great driving cars, but they're German so it will need maintenance and that maintenance is going to be pricey.
That goes for pretty much any German car tho, so pick your poison.
