Trek's specs for M5 waterbottle bolt- 2Nm, 3Nm max.

Typical spec for M5 waterbottle bolt- 3Nm, 4Nm max.

Both are from Lennard Zinn's, Zinn and the Art of Road Bike Maintenance.
