We did a build up of one in the shop, actually was heavier than the bike it replaced when finished (Specialized Allez Sprint).

I've worked on a few, the tire clearance is good, one thing to keep an eye out for if you get one is the seatpost, I've seen excessive wear where it meets the frame, and you'll be limited to Cannondale options if you're looking to upgrade the seatpost.
