I use one of these. Some complain that having the light low creates longer shadows. but I've been using this type of mount for years. a friend machined me a similar one that uses a bottle bolt to hold the light instead of a handlebar clamp.
Couple of advantages. 1. gets the Light out of the way from most things, easy to adjust beam, no need to disconnect coupler to the hub to fix a flat.
