I don't know how specific about the shape I can be, but my Uvex fits well, and my Giro (Atmos) hurt my head. The Atmos hurt my forehead, so maybe it is intended for more of a round head and mine is too oval-shaped.
Also, the straps are more comfortable (IMO) on the Uvex. The Giro straps are anchored at the top-rear of the helmet and have no guides along the back of the helmet, so the straps rubbed on the back of my ears. The Uvex attaches in a similar location, but has guides along the back that direct the straps further down the back of my skull before they come forward to the "Y" under my ear.
FWIW, my Atmos is a much better-looking helmet and I feel that the ventilation is probably better in it as well. Since it isn't comfortable, though, I ride with the Uvex now.
