No immediate plans to make forks. I've got other non cycling related projects lined up for the moment.

Once all the smoke & dust settles from the recent events I'll take a look at that market segment and see if it makes sense.

A $900,000 house is not a real expensive house today, or that costly with recent interest rates. Plus Ben is not a young kid - this is later in his life.
