Get the knee & arm warmers - the Pre shape.
No slip, stay in place, don't creep down ... Possibly the BEST set I've used in years ... and mine are 2 seasons old and still going strong..

I'm an Assos convert. Not surprising since Luigi spent 20+ years in R&D at that Swiss company.

Anything they manufacture and sell is top notch. Quality, fit, finish, materials and not to mention their customer service ...

Can't say enough good things about this company and their products!

I bought a few more items. The winter gloves are good, the winter jacket is really well made, sizing more like Castelli uppers, meaning runs small.
The nicest items I've tried are the base layers, really good, much better than Assos base layers.

Best thing they make is their vest. Fits great, no flapping, very light and compacts easily, comfortable at an amazing wide temperature range. The base layers and bibs are the second best things they make and I think they are better than any thing out there.

The bibs don't get the higher marks from me, ha ha, but so far I am impressed with the uppers.

The bibs are designed for Ken dolls; no room for genitalia.

Any peeps who are using the longsleeve baselayers? Why are they so good?

Considering one, with the cooler months coming up. Currently using Rapha wool ones for the same conditions.

Light years better than Rapha's merino wool baselayer. But a lot of base layer are better than raphas wool ones

I like to travel in rapha's but not ride in them.

New Dottores have something akin to the KukuPenthouse - a suspended chamois. No more unsightly mooseknuckle!

PSA, AC just dumped pricing a fair bit: https://shop.abovecategorycycling.com/collections/q36-5

Right, it would have been 10 gears if some wannabe mechanics did not **** with it.

As for the Q36.5 bib or jersey they did not work for me.

I feel like I'm missing key parts of the story.

Lionel didn't want his bike fixed. That's really the extent of it.
