Cool! Didn't expect all that, thanks to everyone. This keeps up and the NT Times may have to make room for one more book at the top of their international best seller list, the one that seems to have about a jillion of them based on how many books I see with international best seller printed on the cover. All the orders have been transferred to the printer for shipping. Hopefully everyone will have their books soon. And happy with what they received.
