Two that tickled my fancy to begin with (I know the second is center-pull, it's still awesome):

With real long reach brakes, not the mid reach kind :)

Another blue Hampsten Strada Bianca, Shimano mid-reach brakes:

Note flat pedals for summer ridin' around.

For those with carbon folks would love to know the model you chose and how big a tire you can fit.

The All-City Mr Pink comes with the Whisky fork. Currently running 25's with fenders. Could easily clear a 30 with fenders. Not sure about without. Probably in the 33-35 range.

Seven Axiom S&S

I've put the couplers, the Tektro 539s and Seven's own 5E mid-reach fork to extensive use:

Still being born, but this Kirk JKS is going to be awesome....long reach brakes and room for 35's.

Oh man...this is possibly one of my favorite categories of bikes, yet the one that I repeatedly can't justify holding onto. I've had a S&S Co-Motion NorWester and also picked up a Curtlo from here. Both of them have ended up being culled when I went through purges due to functional overlap. I have road bikes that will happily take 28's and then my Gunnar Crosshairs has a road-like geometry and will take up to 38's. So many beautiful bikes in this thread.

This is precisely my predicament. My favorite category of bike, but when I've got road and cross bikes, it never gets called into service.

This Kirk that gets posted across the hall once in a while is one of my favorite bikes in this genre, apologies to Mr. Flowers for the repost but it's all love:
